At Homikart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, we have established the following refund and replacement policy:
Eligibility for Replacement
• We offer quick replacement only in the following cases:
• You have received a damaged product.
• The product is not working upon delivery.
• You have received a wrong product or an incorrect item.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request.
• The video must start before opening the parcel and should clearly show:
• The shipping label with your details.
• The condition of the product inside the package.
• Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Time Frame
• Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
No Refund or Replacement in Other Cases
• No refunds or replacements will be processed in the following scenarios:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Product not meeting personal expectations (design, color, size preferences, etc.).
• Late claims beyond the 48-hour window.
• Absence of unboxing video.
