At Homikart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, we have established the following refund and replacement policy:

 

Eligibility for Replacement

 We offer quick replacement only in the following cases:

 You have received a damaged product.

 The product is not working upon delivery.

 You have received a wrong product or an incorrect item.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

 A clear unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request.

 The video must start before opening the parcel and should clearly show:

 The shipping label with your details.

 The condition of the product inside the package.

 Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

Time Frame

 Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

 Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 

No Refund or Replacement in Other Cases

 No refunds or replacements will be processed in the following scenarios:

 Change of mind after purchase.

 Product not meeting personal expectations (design, color, size preferences, etc.).

 Late claims beyond the 48-hour window.

 Absence of unboxing video.
